1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement ("EULA"), xFluentia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the xFluentia mobile application ("App") on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Scope of License

- Install and use the App on devices you own or control
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Create one user account per person
- Share content in accordance with our Terms of Service
2.2 License Restrictions

- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The xFluentia App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by xFluentia or its licensors. This includes:
- Software code and architecture
- User interface design and graphics
- Trademarks, logos, and branding
- Documentation and help materials
- Algorithms and proprietary technology
4. User-Generated Content
4.1 Your Content Rights
- You retain ownership of photos and content you upload
- You grant xFluentia a license to display and distribute your content
- You represent that you have rights to all content you share
- You may delete your content at any time
4.2 Content Responsibilities
- Ensure content complies with our community guidelines
- Respect intellectual property rights of others
- Do not share inappropriate or illegal content
- Report violations by other users
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA. By using the App, you consent to:
- Collection and use of location data for proximity features

6. Updates and Modifications

- We may terminate your license for EULA violations
- Termination may be immediate without notice
- Your access to the App will be disabled
- Data deletion will occur according to our Privacy Policy
8. Disclaimers
8.1 "As Is" Provision
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of information
8.2 Platform Dependencies
- App functionality depends on mobile platform providers
- We are not responsible for platform-related issues
- App Store and Google Play terms also apply
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xFluentia shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from user interactions or meetings
- Third-party actions or content
10. Indemnification
